Snowboarding (two feet on a wide Snowboard) is more exciting and flexible than alpine skiing, which has not been widely carried out in China. The standard competition items of alpine skiing are: glide, super big turn, big turn, turn, all-around, etc. There are many kinds of alpine skiing technology, such as different ski fall technology, variable turning technology, emergency acceleration, deceleration, stop technology, thrilling jumping technology and special technology. In general, beginners should choose the best scheme of skiing entry according to their own sports quality, age, skiing basis, site conditions, available time and other factors. Beginners should avoid: eager, random and reckless. Because skiing is a technique of manipulation in sliding, the center of gravity is not easy to control, and it is easy to form wrong movements. Therefore, from the first day of introduction, under the strict guidance of professional and technical personnel, three correct postures, essentials and movements should be achieved, starting from the practice of basic movements, and firmly mastering the technical school skills, so as to lay a foundation for future improvement Foundation. We should be highly aware that once the wrong skiing posture and techniques are formed, they are extremely difficult to correct, and will leave deep regret.

Free skiing

One of the skiing sports. It is mainly divided into snow skills, air skills, field chasing and so on. Freestyle skiing came into being in the 15th Winter Olympic Games in 1988. In the 16th Winter Olympic Games in 1992, freestyle skiing skills (men and women) were listed as a formal event. In the late 1960s, it was created by the pioneering young generation of skiers in the United States. Originally, people called this kind of skiing as figure skiing.

Snow technique

It is a competition of whirling, air movement and sliding speed on the steep slope line with a series of snow bags, including single snow technique and double snow technique. The snow skill site is 200-270 meters long, 15-25 meters wide and has a slope of 24-32 degrees. The skis used by athletes are not less than 1.90 meters for men and 1.80 meters for women. The scores were evaluated by adding up the quality scores and timing scores of turning movements and air movements, and those with more scores ranked first.

Air skills

It began in the early 20th century. In 1928, John Carleton became the first skier in the world to complete the somersault on snow. In 1958, art fyurer, a Swiss ski coach, completed somersault and twist in the ski jump. Air skiers use skis no shorter than 1.90 meters for men and 1.80 meters for women. The site is composed of starting area, auxiliary landslide, transition area I, platform, transition area II, landing slope and terminal area. Each person tried to jump twice in the competition. The referee evaluates the air action score and landing action score according to the quality of the athlete's completed action. The two scores are added and multiplied by the action difficulty coefficient, that is, the score of one test jump. The score of two test jumps is added, and the score of the multiple scores is in front of the rank.

Fun pursuit

The fun chase competition is divided into qualification, quarter final, semi-final and final. All the players will compete in groups, with four players in each group. The first two players will be promoted to the next round. The final "big final" will decide the ranking of 1-4, and the "small final" will decide the ranking of 5-8.

Cross country skiing

Cross country skiing is one of the skiing sports. Athletes pedal skis and hold poles to glide in the wilderness. Originated in northern Europe, it is a kind of Nordic skiing. The first Winter Olympic Games in 1924 has been listed as a formal event. Cross country skiing is the oldest winter sport. Near the Arctic Circle in Norway, a stone carving 4000 years ago was found with the figure of two people skiing on it. With the help of skiing tools, the basic techniques of mountaineering, skiing, turning and sliding are used to slide in the snow field. There are men's 1.6km traditional style, men's 1.6km group, men's 15 + 15km chase, women's 7.5 + 7.5km chase, men's individual race, women's individual race, men's group race, women's group race, men's 4 × 10km relay race, women's 4 × 5km force race, men's 15km interval departure, women's 10km interval departure, men's 50km group departure Women's 30 km collective departure, women's 1.2 km traditional style, the competition route is uphill, downhill and peaceful, each accounting for about 1 / 3. In order to facilitate the development of speed, it is necessary to avoid sections with too long slope, too steep slope and sharp turning.

Alpine skiing

It is a specific geographical environment that produces a specific way of survival. Northern Europe, which is often in the ice and snow, started skiing more than five thousand years ago. Similar to other ice sports originated in Europe, it evolved from primitive hunting and gradually became a mode of transportation popular in northern Europe.

Alpine downhill requires athletes to glide down from the top of the mountain through a gate shaped by inserting flags according to the specified route. It is a racing skiing event. The length of the line is more than 2000 meters, the gradient is 5-35 degrees, the average is 20 degrees, and the height from the starting point to the end point is 500-700 meters for men. A certain number of flagpoles are inserted on both sides of the line as various door shapes. The red flag is put in men's competition, and the red and blue flags are put in women's competition. The distance between the flag gates is 4-8M, and the distance between the upper and lower flag gates is generally about 30m. The ranking is determined by the time of two glides. Technical movements include straight, oblique, sigmoid, undulating, plow and semi plow. There are three body postures: high, medium and low.

Mountain small rotation small rotation skiing requires athletes to continuously pass through the gate shape and obstacles when they slide down from the mountain, and continuously turn and slide down at high speed, which is a racing skiing competition. The length of the competition route is 600-700 meters for men and 400-500 meters for women. The sections with a gradient of more than 30 degrees account for a quarter of the whole competition. The elevation difference is 140-200m for men and 120-180m for women. There are 55-75 gates in men's circuit and 45-60 gates in women's circuit. In the competition, when turning at high speed and passing through various door shapes on the line, two feet are needed to pass through the door. It's not a foul to knock down the flagpole. If you miss the door or ride the flagpole, it's a foul and no result will be counted. Take one slide on each of the two routes, and evaluate the ranking based on the sum of the two scores. For example, the first time you make a mistake, you can't take the second slide. Before the competition, you can see the line from top to bottom, but you can't ski from top to bottom or cross the gate shape.

Great swing skiing is one of the alpine skiing events. The athletes should make a continuous turn from the mountain down the line and cross all kinds of doors. The length of men's competition line is 1500-2000 meters, and that of women is more than 1000 meters. The elevation difference of men's line is 300-400M, and that of women's line is 250-350m. The slope is 15-32 degrees. The result is calculated by two taxiing times. The turning design speed of large rotation is 15-20 M / s.

The place of the super swing competition is determined by the result of one slide. The glide slope has the largest drop and the longest distance, with the highest speed of 130 km / h. Due to the large number of flag gates, the speed of super large rotation is slightly slow.

The parallel large return site is 936 meters long, with an average slope of 18.21 degrees and a slope height of 290 meters. The height difference is 120-200m, and the triangular flag gates are alternately placed on the left and right sides. There are about 25 flag gates, and the gap between them is at least 8m. The two columns of the starting flag gate (1.10 m high and 1.30 m wide at the base) are different in height, and there is a triangle flag in the middle. At the beginning of the competition, the departure gate opens automatically, and two players start at the same time. In the moment of crossing the flag gate, the player concentrates the pressure on the tiptop of the foot, stretches his chest forward, and concentrates the pressure on the heel after passing. The main technical action is left and right rotation. Big swing boots are similar to ski boots, but more flexible. The skateboard is hard and narrow to facilitate turning and high-speed sliding. The ranking is evaluated by the sliding speed. According to the rules, the top 16 finalists will be promoted after the two preliminaries, and then the knockout will be carried out, 16 of which will enter the 8, 1 / 4 finals, semi-finals and finals. In the official competition, the contestants draw lots for each two people in a group to hold two preliminary races on the parallel track, and the second preliminary race needs to change the track. In the first competition, the laggard players delay their departure, and the time delayed is the time laggard in the first competition. The first player to reach the finish line in the second race won.

The U-shaped pool site is a U-shaped slide, 120 meters long, 15 meters wide, 3.5 meters deep, with an average slope of 18 degrees. The skateboard is slightly soft, wide and the sole is thick. During the competition, the athletes use the slideway to do all kinds of rotation and jumping actions in the U-shaped slideway under the accompaniment of music, generally 5-8 shapes. According to the difficulty and effect of the completed actions, the highest score of each player is no more than 10 points, and the sum of the five scores is the player's score in this round of competition. There are two rounds of preliminary contests in the competition. The top six players in the first round of preliminary contests directly advance to the final. The rest of the players took part in the second round of the preliminary, and the first six players also won the final. The last 12 finalists will compete in two rounds, and the final ranking will be determined according to the best results in the two rounds. The main actions include jumping to grab the board, jumping to non grab the board, handstand, jumping to handstand, rotation, etc.

The cross-country snowboarding competition was added to the Winter Olympic Games in Turin in 2006. The height difference of the competition site is 100-240 meters, the average gradient is 14% - 18%, the route length is 500-900 meters, the track width is about 40 meters, and the competition time is about 40-70 seconds. Along the course of the competition, there are snow hills, jumping points and sharp turns, and there are often collisions. Snowboarders need to cross obstacles through their own skills to complete the competition. The final result of the match is determined by the time when it reaches the finish line. There will be 32 men and 32 women competing in the Winter Olympic Games in Turin. In the two qualifying rounds, each player will set off alone, and the top 16 players in time will enter the quarter finals. Starting from 1 / 4 of the competition, each group has four competitors, and those who get the first two will enter the next round.

Ski jumping

It's the athletes' feet on special skis, and they slide down the slope of the platform. With the help of speed and spring force, make the body jump into the air, make the whole body fly in the air for about 4-5 seconds, and then land on the hillside. The first world ski jumping championship was held in Yugoslavia in 1972. This event has been included in the competition since the first Winter Olympic Games in 1924. According to the regulations of the international skiing Federation, there are two skiing events in the Winter Olympic Games and the world skiing Championships, i.e. the 70m level and the 90m level. From 1964, the ninth Winter Olympic Games began to unify the level of the diving platform, which was defined as the above 70 meters and 90 meters respectively. This does not only refer to the height of the platform, but also includes the slope of the auxiliary slide of the platform, i.e. 35-40 degrees, and the length of 80-100 meters.

Nordic combined

Nordic combined, originated from northern Europe, is composed of cross-country skiing and ski jumping. It has been popular in Norway and Sweden for a long time and has become a traditional project in northern Europe, so it is also called Nordic all-around. In the mid-19th century, Nordic two sports first came out of Norway. In 1924, the first Winter Olympic Games in northern Europe were listed as two events. In 1988, the 15th Winter Olympic Games began to set up group events.
